Our Story

A jewellery shop in Panyu, a workshop in Wuzhou, and eighteen years of the same trade.

Most jewelry brands start with a name and find a factory. We started with a bench. In 2008 the family opened a small jewellery shop on Shatou in Panyu, Guangzhou — the district where most of China’s silver work is still done — and spent the next decade learning what actually fails on a piece of jewelry after two years of daily wear.

That experience shaped the way we work now: we care more about a prong than a photograph, and we would rather talk you out of a design that will not last than sell it to you.

Why we still make everything ourselves

Because the alternative is guessing. When a stone seat is cut by someone you have never met, a loose stone six months later is nobody’s fault and everybody’s problem. Doing the work in-house means a remake is our cost, and that changes how carefully the first one is made.

Who you are talking to

Founder Huang Jinjun still walks the floor. The design desk is three people; the setting bench is five; the stone office grades every parcel that arrives. When you email us, the reply comes from one of them, not from a call centre.

See it

We publish films of the workshop and a regional television interview on our films page, and the third-party test reports we hold on the certificates page. If you are ever in Wuzhou, the showroom is open by appointment.
