8,000 m² in Wuzhou
Inside the Factory
Cutting, casting, setting and finishing — photographed on the floor, not staged.
The workshop is in Wuzhou, Guangxi — a city that polishes more synthetic gemstone than anywhere else in the world. We are one of the smaller operations there, which is deliberate: at our size the same five setters see every piece, and quality does not depend on a supervisor catching it at the end.
What happens where
Stone office
Every parcel is checked on arrival: millimeter size against the invoice, color under daylight-equivalent lamps, and a loupe check for chips at the girdle. Calibrated pairs are matched by hand, stone by stone. Stones that fail are returned to the supplier the same week.
CAD and wax
Two design workstations run CAD; a resin printer produces the wax. The printed model is measured against the drawing before it goes to the casting room — a 0.2 mm error at this stage becomes a 0.4 mm error after polishing.
Casting
Lost-wax casting in-house, in 925 silver, 10K/14K/18K gold and PT950. Alloy batches are recorded so that a bridal set made weeks apart still matches in color.
Setting
Five setters, hand work. Seats are cut after casting. Melee is set under a microscope for pavé and hidden halos; center stones are set last, after polishing, so the stone is never in the way of a polishing wheel.
Polishing and plating
Two-stage polish, then rhodium or e-coat where specified. Plated pieces are handled with gloves from this point onward.
Final QC
Stone security (every stone pressed), weight against the quote, dimension against the drawing, surface under a 10× loupe, and a photographic record filed under the reference number. Nothing leaves without a signature on the QC sheet.
The floor

Bench work
Cutting and setting are the two operations most brands outsource. We keep both, because they are where a piece is won or lost.

Capacity and lead times
Our standard capacity is roughly 300–400 finished pieces a week across all metals. Custom work is deliberately kept to a smaller share so that a bespoke order does not queue behind a wholesale run. That is why our quoted lead time is 12–18 business days rather than 30.
Do you really make the pieces yourselves?+
Yes. CAD, wax printing, casting, setting, polishing, plating and QC all happen in our 8,000 m² workshop in Wuzhou. We do not broker orders to third-party workshops.
How many people work there?+
A small team by design: a three-person design desk, five setters, casting and polishing staff, and a stone office. The same setters see every piece, which is why we can guarantee the work.
Where is the factory?+
Jewelry E-Commerce Tower, Wuzhou, Guangxi, China. Visits are by appointment, Monday to Saturday, with a week’s notice so pieces can be pulled from the archive.
What certificates do you hold?+
SGS nickel release testing (EN 1811), CTT coating adhesion and wear reports, a SMETA 4-pillar social audit, and GRA/IGI documentation for stones. Copies are on the certificates page.
Can I visit before ordering?+
Yes. Email us a week ahead with the reference numbers you want to see and we will have them ready. Wuzhou is about 1h40 from Guangzhou by high-speed rail.
