Commitment
Accessibility
What we have done, what we are still fixing, and how to tell us.
Last updated 5 November 2026
We want this site to work for people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification and voice control. It is an ongoing job, not a badge.
What is in place
- Semantic HTML with one H1 per page and a logical heading order.
- A skip link, visible focus outlines and full keyboard access to menus, forms and the product configurator.
- Alternative text on product and editorial images describing the piece, not the file name.
- Body text at a minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1 against its background.
- Forms with explicit labels, error messages in text, and no time-limited sessions during checkout.
- Motion respects
prefers-reduced-motion.
Known gaps
Some legacy product photographs include printed badges baked into the image, which screen readers cannot read out; the same information is always available in the specification table. A small number of older certificate scans are low resolution and cannot be enlarged indefinitely — we will email a higher-resolution copy on request.
Tell us about a barrier
Email service@holycome.com with the page address and what happened. We aim to respond within five business days and to fix confirmed barriers within 30 days. If you need help placing an order, we will take it by email or WhatsApp instead.
